After simply restricting my meat intake (see: vegetarian for three months) and running 2-4 times a week, I've lost about 15 pounds since May. Not too much, but definitely something to be proud of since I've been at a consistent weight for two years.<br /><br /><br />Keep on trucking, or some other kind of awesome motivation that I can't think of right now and you'll get there!
